In addition to the rules and regulations number 4 (four) of the Bolivar Sportsman's Club, any and all members and member’s family as described in number 1 (one) of the Rules and regulations of the Bolivar Sportsman's Club wanting to use any type of tree stand or blind must first sign this waiver.

By signing this waiver you agree that you have first read and understand the full contents of this waiver.

That you, and any member of your family, heirs, executors or administrators for which you are signing and are legally responsible as described in number 1 (one) of the Rules and Regulations of the Bolivar Sportsman’s Club shall not hold the Bolivar Sportsman's Club or any of it's officers or members liable for any accidents or injuries resulting from the erection-use-dismantling or any and all other injuries which may occur from the use of tree stands or blinds of any nature. By signing this waiver you also understand and agree that it covers all properties that are owned or leased and all properties that the Bolivar Sportsman's Club member have permission to hunt on.

All tree stands must conform to Ohio Hunting Regulations. It is unlawful to construct, place or use a permanent-type tree stand or to place spikes, nails, wire or other metal objects into a tree to act as steps or to hold a tree stand, It is also unlawful to remove trees, or to alter the landscape.

All tree stands and blinds must display your name and your assigned parking tag number, at eye level.

No tree stands or blinds shall be erected in any manor prior to 15 (fifteen) days before the regular Deer Archery season begins and must be removed in its entirety  no later than 15 (fifteen) days after the conclusion of the Deer Archery season of each year.

Any and all tree stands or blinds not removed within the time limits set forth are subject to removal and once removed become the property of the Bolivar Sportsman’s Club.
